Tai Chi 64 (clip)
Yang Tai Chi is noted for its slow, smooth movement. Step softly, transfer your weight gently, and draw the movements deep into the legs and hips. You have an unlimited reserve of power inside you and Yang Tai Chi helps you find it by letting you concentrate inward during the movements.
Feel the air currents move across your skin. Feel your palms heat up with every breath. Feel your belly expand with inner fire during each inhale. Then give it all away through the palms while you circulate slowly through the movements.
It should feel cleansing like fire, and exhausting when you're done. A deep sheen of sweat means you did it right.
