Here you can find a link to the playlist of Zoom recordings for Shaolin Martial Arts. Since we've been sheltering at home and teaching over Zoom, I took the opportunity to record our sessions. So you can review your material, or repeat your favorite drills or lessons as you wish.
Not everything is represented here, as I have no way to record what happens in the other Breakout Rooms. But the group exercises and much of our material drills are displayed for you to see.
