What does it take to be a Shaolin Warrior? What kind of fitness regimen keeps the body strong, and the heart healthy, and the bones made of iron? A well-balanced routine of strength training, cardio fitness, iron-bone techniques, repetitive skill practice, and stretching for mobility and flexibility.
Remember, usefulness is the key! All things should cycle back to bodily mobility and skillful fluidity. Fitness should enhance your martial arts, not take away from it. Not take it over.
